Hello Families,
Next week Tuesday the 15th and Wednesday the 16th we will be having Student Led Conferences. We are kindly asking for your scholars to join us for conferences and have them take the reins in sharing their learning with support from their classroom teachers.
We will be scheduling conferences through the family portal in JMC.
To sign up for a conference time slot you will need to sign in to the family portal. On the left column select "Teacher Conference Scheduler." The conference dates should appear with a drop down or list of scheduled times that are open.
Here's a quick how-to video to assist:
If you have a scholar in 2/3 or 4/5/6, you only need to schedule a time with one teacher and Mr. Todd will join.
If you do not get a chance to sign up for a conference time by the end of the week we will select a time for you and your scholar and send home a slip or email to notify you of an assigned conference time.
We know it can be tricky getting things set-up, but we are hopeful this will make it easy and convenient to be able to select a time that works best for you and your family. If you have trouble getting your account set-up or scheduling a time, or those dates and times do not work-please let us know and we will get it figured out together.
