Short-Call Substitute Teachers, & Substitute Paras

Part-Time Position

We are hard at work building a strong crew of subs who can support our Staff Crew when they need to be gone from school. We are currently adding both Teacher and Para Subs to our list.

Now Seeking Providers 

Online Instructional Services

Heartland Lakes Community School is seeking proposals from qualified online instructional service providers to support student learning through virtual instruction during the 2026–2027 school year.

​

We are specifically seeking providers who would support placement and hiring of teachers holding a Minnesota license in areas including 5-8th grade math, Communication Arts/Literature, Science, and Social Studies. (Interested licensed teachers with these qualifications should contact us directly to be considered for this position).

​

This assignment runs August 31, 2026 through June 2, 2027.

​

Online teachers will meet with students daily; providing synchronous and asynchronous lessons. An average work day is 7.5 hours, with additional time weekly for staff meetings and professional development opportunities. 

​
